How to get plugged in:
Wednesdays 7:00pm-8:30pm (Click HERE for the Summer 2016 Schedule)
Our Wednesday nights are a time for our students to bring their friends to experience Christ’s love and to show that believers in Jesus can have fun and enjoy life. Our Wednesdays can have a different feel from week to week. We have wild and crazy games, to team building exercises, food, awesome worship, student lead devotions and testimonies, biblical and challenging talks, outreach events to the community and witnessing opportunities to stretch our faith and reach the lost. You can also come have a cup of coffee, hot chocolate or cappuccino and relax in our youth café or play a little ping pong, air hockey, foosball or billiards in our game room.
Our Sunday mornings are a time to dig more in depth with the Bible. We have many adults that are well educated, have a love for God and a passion to teach youth. (We also mix our teachings up as students interact and share with one another in smaller groups.)
Every Fall and Spring our youth group travels somewhere to get away from the busyness and fast paced lives we all are in. These events are a time for students to come and bring their friends and stand in awe of God’s creation. We always have a high energy speaker, tons of fun and often life changing experiences.
Throughout the year we attend several conventions located anywhere from here in Dallas, to different parts of Texas and out-of-state as well. We provide opportunities for our youth to interact and meet youth outside of our church body. Our students are also challenged at these conventions to not simply be a part of the culture, but transform it for Christ.
Every summer we take our youth on a Missions Trip which can vary in length and destinations. These trips are invaluable to our students to build friendships with one another, minister to the needs of the people in different parts of the country and world, and provide us with opportunities to put our faith in action. Past destinations have taken us to Mexico, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Native American reservations in Arizona and many other places.
