Small Groups

“No Christian can grow strong and stand the pressures of this life unless he is surrounded by    a small group of people who minister to him and build him up in the faith.”  Chuck Colson

Some small groups work while others fall short.

Those that work best seek to involve people and touch people at a relational level that impacts the entire Christian life, not just one part. Here are the characteristics we strive to instill in our small groups:

      • A group of 4 to 14 people
      • Members gather together regularly (at least bi-weekly) for scheduled meetings
      • Members support one another through unscheduled, life-giving interaction
      • Members reach out together to the hurting world
      • New leaders are mentored and released
      • Group reproduction is a goal

This is how you get involved:
